6th December Working Party
Some good work done by our great volunteers. The area around the store and toilets was cleared and also some self seeding sycamores along Walton Road. Thanks to all those who gave their time. I have also included a shot of a lovely sunset over the allotment.
Perfect Produce
Thanks to Carl - Plot 33 for sending in these beautiful photos of his bountiful veg, fruit and flowers.
Community Project at Brooklands Bridge
Some potholders from our allotment site were busy removing weeds at the top of Brooklands Bridge early September when the Superheroes of Sale came by. I thought you might like the pictures! Over the next year this flower bed is getting a make over. If only the superheros could click their figures and it be done already! Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time.
Your Beautiful Summer Blooms and Lovely Site
You have done us proud this year with your efforts to keep the site looking beautiful in bloom. Thanks also for the committee for arranging to keep the communal areas neat and weed free.
Sunflowers
The allotment has a stunning display of sunflowers this year. Feast your eyes on some of them that have been caught on camera by Carolyne.
Summer on the Allotment
The allotment is looking very pretty with the summer foliage.
Late Spring Flowers 2020
The site is looking lovely at the moment with the late spring flowers in full bloom. Some photos below to feast your eyes on.
Spring 2020
The world may have been put on hold for a bit but the flowers are blooming and the produce (and weeds) are still growing.
A Bit Of Light Relief In These Strange Times
Beautiful Allotment Birds
A big thanks to Carolyne for capturing these beautiful photographs of some of the birds on our allotment.
Rain, Rain Go Away!
Well, months of rain and wind are taking its toll. Let's hope it stops soon so that we can start preparing and planting. Here are some fairly soggy shots after the rain, but hope too of new growth and spring flowers emerging.
February 2020 Working Party
